IRS: Internal Racketeering Service

I received a letter in the mail today. It states that I owe the IRS money. Approximately 129 dollars. It's not much but when you don't have any money it seems like a fortune. Lucky me, I have till the 3rd of January. Maybe I'll scrounge up enough money this Christmas to be able to donate it to a (very) needy cause; The Government.
